Global Creatures presents Strictly Ballroom The Musical, based on the much-loved Australian film. Coming to QPAC from September this year, this joyous production has audiences dancing in the aisles in a kaleidoscope of colour and fun.

Old Skool Cars Show n’ Shine
If you like old cars, this is for you – although the requirement is that these cars have to be pre-86, which to some of us isn’t that old at all. Ahem.

The event is held on the first Saturday of every month, with over 500 cars supported by rock ’n’ roll music, dancers, and plenty of food stalls to keep you going. There’s also RC car racing and quad helicopter drones flying overhead.

When: 5.30pm, 6 June

Dinosaur Discovery – Lost Creatures of the Cretaceous
Dinosaur Discovery: Lost Creatures of the Cretaceous gives you a chance to experience life on earth 145 million years ago.

This innovative presentation features more than 20 animated, life-size dinosaur models, including the fearsome T-Rex, and Queensland’s very own Muttaburrasaurus. The event is brought to life through the wonders of animation and will transport you back millions of years to when dinosaurs ruled the earth.
