Planning a trip to Australia takes serious effort. Planning a really long trip to Australia takes even more. Which goes a long way towards explaining the success of companies that can help you plan a successful gap year.
But choosing which company to work with needs careful thought too – because the whole point of employing someone to plan your Australian adventure for you is that they can help minimise the risk of things going wrong.
That’s the purpose of British Standard 8848. It’s the standard that shows your gap year planner operates best practice, and knows and plans for the risks involved in a gap year – especially one which might involve adventure activities.
